Fair use: every limit, published
"Unlimited posts" on Pro, Agency, Scale means no honest customer meets a cap: the ceiling is at least 333 posts a day, every day, on Pro. These are the only limits, they are per workspace, and the API returns each one with a code, the number and when it resets — nothing is hidden. A post counts once per network. A sudden spike (more than 10 times a workspace's usual hour) pauses publishing until the hour ends; scheduled posts keep their place.

An AI draft is one idea written for every network you pick; the month's AI drafts are a budget, so a draft to two networks uses less of it than one to ten. Past the month: AI credit packs (about 40 drafts for $5 or about 190 drafts for $20), one-time, used after the month's drafts, no expiry. Publishing, scheduling and What works never stop when AI drafts do.
Uploaded media is deleted the day after the last scheduled post that uses it is published, and 7 days after upload when no post uses it (2 days on the Free plan; a post sent right away counts as used once every network took it, so its files go the next day; 30 days at most, never while a scheduled post still waits for it). Questions people ask before they start
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. One business, 10 posts a month, 5 AI drafts a day (about 20 a month), 2 networks per post and 3 scheduled posts at a time — every network connects free — with no card and no time limit. You pay when you need more businesses, more posts, or every network in each post.
How do I sign up or sign in?
Press Continue with Google or Continue with Apple, or type your email and we send you a link and a 6-digit code. There is no PostWire password. With Google, PostWire asks only for your name, email address and profile picture (the openid, email and profile permissions): never your Gmail, Drive or contacts. With Apple, only your name and an email address, which you can keep private with Hide My Email. The same works on the Claude and ChatGPT connector screens.
Is there a free trial of the paid plans?
Yes. You can try Pro free for 7 days. You add a card at checkout and nothing is charged that day; on day 7 the card is charged $29, then $29 a month, unless you cancel before, which costs nothing. We email you the day before it ends. Agency can be tried the same way for 14 days: card at checkout, nothing charged that day, then $99 a month unless you cancel before. One trial per person (Pro or Agency).
How is this different from posting the same text everywhere?
Each network rewards a different shape: a hook in the first line on TikTok, a short caption on Instagram, a searchable title and tags on YouTube, a longer first-person post on LinkedIn, fewer than 300 characters on Bluesky. PostWire writes each of those from your one idea, inside each network's limits, instead of pasting one caption into six places.
Can I edit the drafts before they go out?
Yes. In the dashboard you review, edit, shorten or rewrite any draft before publishing. Through the API you get the drafts back first and decide what to send.
How many AI drafts do I get?
Every plan writes with AI: one idea becomes a native draft for each network you pick. AI drafts: about 20 a month, up to 5 a day on Free; Starter about 30 a month; Pro about 60 a month; Agency about 150 a month; Scale about 330 a month. "About", because the month is a budget: a draft to two networks uses less of it than one to ten. Need more in a month? AI credit packs: about 40 drafts for $5 or about 190 drafts for $20, a one-time payment, used after the month's drafts; they do not expire. Does PostWire post to X (Twitter), Reddit, Threads or Pinterest?
X: yes, as a pay-per-use add-on on the paid plans, because X charges for every post. 1 X credit = 1 X post; a post with a link uses 10 (X charges about 13 times more for links); each image or video adds 1. Each paid plan includes X credits every month (Starter 30, Pro 150, Agency 600, Scale 2,000); top-up credits are 80 credits for $5 or 340 credits for $20. X is not on Free or during the trial. Reddit is waiting on Reddit's API access approval; Threads and Pinterest are not offered yet.
Do I need my own TikTok or Meta developer app?
No. You connect your accounts to PostWire's apps, which TikTok (Direct Post, July 7, 2026) and Meta (App Review, July 14, 2026) have already approved, and YouTube uploads are verified by Google (July 1, 2026). You skip weeks of audits and post the same day.
Can I schedule posts?
Yes. Pick a time in the dashboard, pass a time to the API, or ask Claude to plan your week. The free plan keeps 3 scheduled posts at a time; paid plans have no limit.
What counts as a business, and what counts as a post?
A business is one brand with all its connected accounts; an agency uses one per client. A post counts once per network, so one idea published to five networks uses five of your monthly posts.
What is the refund policy?
Send one message through the support form within 14 days of your first payment on any paid plan and we refund it in full, no questions asked. After that, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard and you won't be charged again.
Does it work with n8n, Make, Claude and Cursor?
n8n: yes, with the n8n-nodes-postwire community node. Claude: PostWire is in Claude's connector directory (press Add to Claude, or search for PostWire), or add https://postwire.io/api/mcp as a custom connector and sign in. Claude Code and Cursor: yes, through our MCP server with your API key. Make: our app is in Make's review queue, so for now you use Make's HTTP module with our REST API.
How long does the writing take?
About 20 to 25 seconds for six networks in our own measurements on Sept 26, 2026. Fewer networks is faster.
How are my accounts connected, and can I disconnect them?
Through each network's official sign-in. Access tokens are stored encrypted and used only for the posts you ask for. You can disconnect any account or delete your data at any time. See the Privacy Policy and data deletion.
Is there an annual plan?
Not yet. Every plan is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime.
